ATM and SMS Revised Charges+GST

From 1st May 2025 as per RBI guidelines ATM charges have been revised as follows:

  1. Unlimited transaction free on all our own ATM including non financial transactions.
  2. Rs. 23 + Applicable GST after first 5 free transactions including non financial transactions on non metro ATM
  3. Rs. 23 + Applicable GST after first 3 transactions including non finanacial transactions on Metro ATM.
ATM Charges for Classic Card +GSTRs.100/- per card per annum.
ATM Charges for Platinum Card +GSTRs.150/- per card per annum.
ATM /POS Transaction declines (lack of balance account)Rs.20/- per transaction
SMS Charges for Savings Bank and other Savings related accounts25 paise + GST per SMS (w.e.f. 1st April 2024) (Will be recovered on actual message basis without any ceiling)
SMS Charges for Current, Cash Credit and Overdraft Accounts25 paise + GST per SMS (w.e.f. 1st April 2024) (Will be recovered on actual message basis without any ceiling)
Charges will be recovered quarterly.
