NETC - FASTag
Bank is one of the member banks in the National Electronic Toll Collection (NETC) program managed by NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India) as per guidelines from NHAI (National Highways Authority of India) and IHMCL (India Highway Management Company Limited)
About NETC FASTag:
NETC FASTag is a tag which uses Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology for making toll payments directly from the account linked to it. It is affixed on the windscreen of your vehicle and enables you to drive through toll plazas, without stopping for cash transactions. These tags, known as 'NETC FASTag' will have dedicated lanes at the Toll-Plazas which will be known as the NETC FASTag. It is an ideal solution for a smooth and hassle-free journey on national highways.

How to get NETC FASTag?
To get the NETC FASTag:
Customer need to vist DNS Bank home / nearest branch. (Find Home / nearest branch), request for the NETC FASTag application form, fill and submit form with all the KYC documents.

Helpline number by MoRTH/ NHAI / IHMCL:
MoRTH/NHAI/IHMCL has launched 1033 helpline number for addressing NETC FASTag complaints at toll plaza level. Customer can simply dial 1033 from Mobile/Landline for the following issues:
- Stopped at the plaza for Tag blacklist reason even though Tag is not blacklisted
- Plaza not accepting NETC FASTag
- Plaza not able to read the Tag
- Plaza not supportiong for monthly pass issuance
- Any other applicable issue for NETC FASTag

What are the charges for NETC FASTag?
- NETC FASTag has a onetime Fee for tag issuance exclusive of taxes. In addition to this, a refundable security deposit depends on the vehicle type has to be kept with the Bank. Please check the 'Fees and Charges' section for details.
- The current account will have a minimum threshold balance of Rs.3,000/- and for savings account the minimum threshold amount is Rs. 1,000/-. If the account balance falls below the threshold the status of the all tags linked to the said account will be changed to low balance and auto-debit facility for all tags will be discontinued and the customer will have to pay toll amount in cash.
- Once the balance in the account is restored above the threshold requirement the auto-debit facility for all tags will be immediately restored.
- Following are the tag charges (Tag issuance charges and Security Deposit)
- Security deposit for VC4 non-commercial vehicle is nil.

Debit Balance Enquiry:
User can login to Do Mobile Plus application to check the balance enquiry of the Saving or Current Account.
