Proof of residence e.g. Electricity bill/Telephone Bill / Ration Card/ Aadhaar Card / Passport with same residence address / Registered Leave and license agreement with one additional proof.

Latest Three months’ salary slips of the applicant or salary certificate of Three months.

Statement of account showing latest 1 year salary credits in the account.

Last two years form 16

Last two years I.T. return (If any)

In case the service is not more than one year then salary slips of entire year/IT return (if any)

Service certificate from employer.

All documents to be self-attested & duly verified by branch official

Three years IT Return along with Balance sheet/P & L /Computation of Income

Statement of Current accounts for 1 year

Updated statement of all accounts maintained at other banks except our Bank
